Before founding OCG, Wael spent a decade in senior advisory roles across Egypt and the Gulf, working with multinational corporations, family-owned conglomerates and government-linked entities on their most complex strategic challenges. He brings a rigorous analytical framework to every engagement — whether the question is organisational design or the proportions of a hand-plastered wall.

Wael's move into design was not a pivot — it was an evolution. He had always understood that the environments in which people work, live and gather are not separate from the strategies they pursue. OCG was built to address both simultaneously.
